STEPHEN C. ALDER, PHD
Stephen Alder serves as the president of Ensign College of Public Health as well as the Special Advisor for West Africa Programs in the Office for Global Engagement at the University of Utah. Professor Alder is a Health Ecologist whose work focuses on global health and development. He brings expertise in public health, community-engagement, health administration and analytics to Ensign Global's leadership team.
GABRIELLE D. GAY, MBA
Gabrielle Gay serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Ensign Global where she brings investment expertise and strategic management acumen to human centered development to facilitate market-creating innovation and entrepreneurship in West Africa. Ms. Gay works to develop sustainable, innovative, impact-driven solutions to advance healthcare in West Africa.

ALICEN G. BRINGARD, MPA
Alicen Bringard is the Director of Finance and Accounting for the University of Utah, Office for Global Engagement. Alicen is instrumental in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and goals for the organization including budgeting, research grants and contracts.
JILL STEPHENSON, MPA
Jill Stephenson serves as the Administration Manager for the Office for Global Engagement at the University of Utah. Ms. Stephenson directs all aspects of student global education programs and course development.
HAYLIE A. DAINES, BS
Haylie Daines serves as the Program Coordinator for University of Utah, Office for Global Engagement. Haylie contributes to the development of the Ensign Global Leaders through marketing, recruiting, and logistics. Ms. Daines is a lead coordinator for the international high school Ghana program.
TESSA TRUMAN, BS
Tessa serves as the Lead Coordinator for the Health 2 Go community health program. Ms. Truman's current efforts include the expansion of Health 2 Go throughout Ghana, Africa, and the world.
STEVE MANORTEY, PHD
Steve Manortey serves as the Academic Head for the Ensign College of Public Health. Dr. Manortey is the Principal Investigator for the Health 2 Go Program in Ghana.

Cyril Mensah serves as the Events and Hospitality Manager for Ensign College of Public Health. Mr. Mensah leads a team that provides guests with comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service.
PATRICK KUMA, MA
Patrick Kuma is the Academic Registrar and Human Resource Manager for Ensign College of Public Health. Mr. Kuma manages all aspects of the academic program and serves as the link between partner institutions.
